Cole is currently completing his internship at the Joplin Family Y to fulfill the requirements for his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (Health Promotion & Wellness and Exercise Science) from Missouri Southern State University.  He grew up in the Joplin area and graduated from Carl Junction High School.  He plans to use his formal training to help others reach their health and wellness goals.  He is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to using his skill set to help you with your fitness journey.

Ethan Dorland

Ethan is from the small town of Seneca, MO where he played high school football, basketball, and baseball.  After graduating, he went on to play 5 years for a semi-professional football team.  Ethan's passion for health and wellness lead him on a new fitness journey.  He is now an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in young athlete performance such as speed, agility, strength training, and balance.  He is geared to help newcomers to the gym who need assistance in their fitness journey.  As your trainer, Ethan will provide a workout plan and set fitness goals based on your needs.  He is now taking new clients and is eager to meet you!
