Aquatics Class Schedule

ImageThese water-based classes reduce impact on joints by 90% (in comparison to land-based workouts), enabling those who cannot participate in land-based classes to increase their strength and aerobic endurance without putting unnecessary strain on their joints!

Classes offered

Level 1 Aqua Barre

Includes use of pool noodles and works on stretching and balance.    

Level 2 Aqua Strength and Fitness

Includes use of pool noodles, stretching, moderate movement, and mild cardio.

Level 3 Aqua Bootcamp

Evening Aqua Fitness classes include Boot Camp which is the highest intensity water fitness class we offer. You will sweat in the water!

All group exercise classes are free to members.
