About Our Classes

Be Healthy, Be Strong, Belong

Taught by certified instructors, our group fitness classes provide community, accountability and guidance in how to properly perform the exercises. Aerobic and strength training group fitness classes are offered both in the water and on land. The result is lasting friendships and a workout routine that you'll want to stick with!

Age Guidelines

  • Members age 13 and over may participate in all group exercise classes.
  • Members age 7 to 12 years old only may participate in classes with instructor approval and they are accompanied by an adult (at least 18-years-old) who is participating in the class. A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

Safety Guidelines

  • Members must follow the class guidelines and the directions given by our certified instructors.
  • It is highly recommended that you see a physician before beginning an exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
