Karen holds a B.S. in Education from Texas A&M University as well as a Running Coach certification through Road Runners Club of America.
Karen has been coaching the “Anyone Can Run” classes since spring of 2009. She also holds training groups for the 10K distance and the Half Marathon with a focus on staying injury-free.
Karen coordinates a group called “Common Grounds” which meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the South Branch.
