Learn to correctly set-up, adjust and utilize the strength and cardiovascular equipment. Weight room etiquette will be discussed, as well as written rules of the weight room. Orientations are provided free to members and will be conducted by our trained weight room attendants. This class is not a Personal Training session; the weight room attendant will not be able to answer questions specific to work out and exercise prescription. Orientation will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
