These classes run in six week sessions. Participants may choose a 3 day per week class or a 2 day per week class and must be age 13 or older.
Aquacise is an energetic class that uses the resistance of water to increase cardiovascular endurance and strengthen and tone muscles. A variety of equipment including noodles, flotation belts, paddles and smart bells are used.
This program is designed to help relieve pain and stiffness caused by arthritis with gentle activities in warm water. It is primarily held in the shallow end of the pool.
