Anyone Can Run
Discover the runner in you! From walking to running 5K (3.1 miles) this class equips you to run - step by step! Topics discussed include: injury prevention, motivation, technique, nutrition, race preparation tips, stretches, shoes, clothing, and gear. We enjoy wonderful guest speakers from our community who provide a wealth of practical and professional knowledge.
The cost is $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

5K - 10K Training - Begins February 4th (runs in 6 week sessions) Saturday mornings @ 7:00 am

MEMBERS $ 25.00 and NON-MEMBERS $50.00 - includes T-shirt

Half Marathon Training - Begins March 10th with a Seminar @ 10:00 a.m. (9 week training to follow and coincedes with Joplin Memorial Run on May 19th) Saturday mornings @ 7:00 am, The first run is March 17th
