Kara Cochrane is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who loves helping our members find beauty in strength as she helps them achieve their health and fitness goals . She has participated in multiple Sprint Triathlons, and holds a certification in Fitness Kickboxing from the Kickboxing Fitness Institute.
Kara’s specialities include endurance and strength training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and circuit training!
