These classes run in a four week session. Participants may choose a 3 day per week class or a 2 day per week class and must be ages 13 or older.

Aquacise

An energetic class that uses the resistance of water to increase cardiovascular endurance and strengthen and tone muscles. A variety of equipment including noodles, flotation belts, paddles and smart bells are used.

Arthritis Aquacise

This program is designed to help relieve pain and stiffness caused by arthritis with gentle activities in warm water. It is primarily held in the shallow end of the pool.

Just My Speed

This class is great for people with injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Fibromyalgia. It is primarily held in the shallow end of the pool.
